Open innovation labs pursues programs and projects that are focused on improving the human condition using technology, innovation, design, engineering, and, entrepreneurship. We are based out of Automation Alley in Oakland County, Michigan which has a thriving robotics and industrial automation ecosystem. Our other locations are in Detroit (arguably the birthplace of modern-day manufacturing) and in Ann Arbor (home to the largest public research university in the United States).
